Return of goods and refund
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt) of the goods. For this purpose, use the withdrawal form or write a free-form application addressed to our company - SIA “FLORERE” (legal address Mirdzas iela 25, Jūrmala, LV-2008) and send it to the e-mail info@floreres.com. After that, the goods must be sent back to Florere Cosmetics or handed over to Florere store without undue delay. You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal and to refuse the goods by terminating the distance purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You have the right to examine the properties of the goods to the extent that this would be possible in a regular shop, namely to examine the goods in order to ascertain their nature and not for any other purpose. Remember that you are responsible for any diminished value of the goods. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party whom you have indicated or authorised to receive the goods has received the goods for use.
- the consumer has opened the packaging and/or damaged the protective seal of the goods, which is not accepted for return due to personal hygiene reasons.

IMPORTANT: If the defect in the packaging of the product is not recorded in the acceptance report - at the time of receipt of the product, we will not be able to consider your claims for damage to the packaging and the product contained in it later. If the product is received in damaged packaging and a report has NOT been drawn up, then it may not be accepted back if you decide to refuse it within 14 days.

If you cancel the goods within the withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery that is not the least expensive of the standard types of delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the goods.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another payment method.
In any case, you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement, we may withhold payment until we receive the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is the sooner.
