TERMS OF USE<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

1. General Agreement<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

These Terms of Use outline how SIA \u201cFLORERE\u201d<\/b>, registration No. 40203515880<\/b>, legal address: Mirdzas Street 25, J\u016brmala, LV-2008<\/b> (the Seller<\/i>), provides goods and services via www.floreres.com<\/b><\/span><\/a>, and determine the rights and obligations of the Customer<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

By placing an order on the website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Distance Contract is considered concluded once payment is received in the Seller\u2019s account.<\/span><\/p>\n

These Terms apply to all orders placed through www.floreres.com<\/span><\/a> and do not apply to purchases made in person.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Purchase and Payment<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

2.1. The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, fills in the required fields (name, delivery address, contact information), and proceeds to payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2. Payment can be made using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)<\/b> or via MakeCommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS)<\/b> payment gateway, which supports internet banking<\/b> options (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3. Payments are made in euros (EUR)<\/b>.
Once payment is received, an order confirmation and invoice<\/b> are sent via email.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the order is not valid.
Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 to 17:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Coupons and Discounts<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

3.1. FLORERE may occasionally offer discount codes or coupons, announced via the website or social media.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2. Coupons can be applied in the shopping cart. Only one coupon<\/b> can be used per order, and discounts cannot be combined<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3. Coupons are valid until their specified expiry date and cannot be redeemed afterward.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Delivery<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

4.1. Deliveries are handled via Omniva<\/b>, DPD<\/b>, or Latvijas Pasts<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2. Delivery fees are added to the total order amount and shown before checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3. Average delivery time:
\u2013 2\u20135 business days<\/b> within Latvia
\u2013 3\u20137 business days<\/b> within the Baltics
\u2013 up to 14 business days<\/b> within the EU.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.4. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Unclaimed parcels are returned to the Seller after 7 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Prices<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

All prices are listed in euros (EUR)<\/b> and include 21% VAT<\/b>.
The final price, including delivery and taxes, is displayed before payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days<\/b> from the date of receiving the goods by emailing info@floreres.com<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.2. Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged<\/b>, and in their original packaging<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.3. Refunds are issued within 14 days<\/b> of receiving the returned goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.4. Return costs are covered by the Customer<\/b>, except in cases where otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Products for Personal Use<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

FLORERE cosmetics are intended for personal use only<\/b> and are not food products<\/b>.
All products comply with EU and Latvian cosmetic safety standards and are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Privacy<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy<\/b> available on www.floreres.com<\/b><\/span><\/a>.
Payment data is securely handled and not stored by FLORERE.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

FLORERE is not responsible for:
\u2013 delivery delays caused by third parties;
\u2013 temporary website unavailability;
\u2013 errors in information entered by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall first be resolved through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, the Customer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC)<\/b> or the courts of the Republic of Latvia<\/b>.
