Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.<\/p>\n<p>1.3. The Data Controller may verify the accuracy of data using public registers.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. The legal basis for processing personal data is provided in <strong>Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f)<\/strong> of the GDPR:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a) consent;<\/li>\n<li>b) performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract;<\/li>\n<li>c) compliance with a legal obligation;<\/li>\n<li>f) legitimate interests (such as ensuring business operations or defending legal claims).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.4. Data is retained until:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>it is no longer needed for the purpose collected;<\/li>\n<li>legal claims are resolved;<\/li>\n<li>a legal obligation requires retention (e.g., under the Accounting Law \u2013 5 years);<\/li>\n<li>consent remains valid, unless another legal basis applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the retention period, data is <strong>irreversibly deleted or anonymised<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3.5. To fulfil its obligations, the Data Controller may share data with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accounting and financial service providers;<\/li>\n<li>delivery and logistics companies;<\/li>\n<li>IT service providers;<\/li>\n<li>the payment platform <strong>Maksekeskus AS (makecommerce.lv)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon request, data may also be shared with <strong>state or law enforcement authorities<\/strong> to protect legal interests.<\/p>\n<p>3.6. The Data Controller implements appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data against unlawful access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. Rights of the Data Subject<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>4.1. The Data Subject has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access their personal data and obtain a copy;<\/li>\n<li>request correction or deletion of data;<\/li>\n<li>restrict data processing;<\/li>\n<li>withdraw consent at any time;<\/li>\n<li>transfer their data to another controller;<\/li>\n<li>lodge a complaint with the <strong>Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.2. Requests can be submitted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in person: <strong>SIA \u201cFLORERE\u201d, Mirdzas Street 25, J\u016brmala, LV-2008<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>by email: <strong>info@florere.lv<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Data Controller will reply within 30 days.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>5.1. This policy is based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>Personal Data Processing Law of Latvia<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>other applicable legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5.2.
