Delivery method

Receive your product at Florere Cosmetics store. Delivery time is 0-2 business days from the time of purchase, if the product is available in the store or warehouse. After placing your order, we will contact you and inform you when it will be delivered to the store! You will have 5 days to come and pick up your order in person. When receiving the product at the Florere Cosmetics store, you must present your order ID number.

The delivery time is 1-2 business days from the moment of purchase, if the product is available in stock. If the product is available only after ordering, you can view the delivery time on the product page in the “Product availability in stores” section. You can also find out the delivery time by calling us at +371 66778899, writing to info@rdveikals.lv, or using the chat with an online consultant on the website floreres.com. If you choose delivery by courier, we will deliver the product that is available in stock the very next day (if the order is placed by 2:00 PM, except for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday). For bulky goods, as well as deliveries with a delivery service, the delivery time is 2-3 business days. The delivery service is provided if the weight of one shipment unit does not exceed 80 kg. The longest side of one shipment must not exceed 2.2 m. If the order is placed in the name of a natural person, the courier will deliver the goods from 8:00 to 18:00. We will send a reminder message in time that your order is already on its way. The courier will contact you no later than 30 minutes before the specified delivery time. If the order is placed in the name of a legal entity, the courier will deliver the goods from 8:00 to 18:00, without prior notice. As soon as your order is delivered to a DPD Pickup point, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you specified when making the purchase. You will be able to pick up the shipment within 5 days after receiving the SMS. To pick up the shipment, press the “Receive shipment” button on the Parcel locker terminal screen and enter the door PIN code received in the SMS. When the locker door opens, take out the shipment, close the locker door and confirm receipt of the shipment by pressing the “Confirm” button on the screen.
