TERMS OF USE

1. General Agreement

These Terms of Use outline how SIA “FLORERE”, registration No. 40203515880, legal address: Mirdzas Street 25, Jūrmala, LV-2008 (the Seller), provides goods and services via www.floreres.com, and determine the rights and obligations of the Customer.

By placing an order on the website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

The Distance Contract is considered concluded once payment is received in the Seller’s account.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through www.floreres.com and do not apply to purchases made in person.

2. Purchase and Payment

2.1. The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, fills in the required fields (name, delivery address, contact information), and proceeds to payment.

2.2. Payment can be made using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or via MakeCommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS) payment gateway, which supports internet banking options (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, etc.).

2.3. Payments are made in euros (EUR).
Once payment is received, an order confirmation and invoice are sent via email.

2.4. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the order is not valid.
Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 to 17:00.

3. Coupons and Discounts

3.1. FLORERE may occasionally offer discount codes or coupons, announced via the website or social media.

3.2. Coupons can be applied in the shopping cart. Only one coupon can be used per order, and discounts cannot be combined.

3.3. Coupons are valid until their specified expiry date and cannot be redeemed afterward.

4. Delivery

4.1. Deliveries are handled via Omniva, DPD, or Latvijas Pasts.

4.2. Delivery fees are added to the total order amount and shown before checkout.

4.3. Average delivery time:
– 2–5 business days within Latvia
– 3–7 business days within the Baltics
– up to 14 business days within the EU.

4.4. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Unclaimed parcels are returned to the Seller after 7 days.

5. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include 21% VAT.
The final price, including delivery and taxes, is displayed before payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods by emailing info@florere.lv.

6.2. Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

6.3. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6.4. Return costs are covered by the Customer, except in cases where otherwise agreed.

7. Products for Personal Use

FLORERE cosmetics are intended for personal use only and are not food products.
All products comply with EU and Latvian cosmetic safety standards and are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on www.floreres.com.
Payment data is securely handled and not stored by FLORERE.

9. Limitation of Liability

FLORERE is not responsible for:
– delivery delays caused by third parties;
– temporary website unavailability;
– errors in information entered by the Customer.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall first be resolved through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, the Customer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
