1. Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To exercise this right, please return the products via a parcel terminal or by post to the address provided below.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation with the returned parcel.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
- FLORERE will issue a refund to the original payer’s account within 5 business days after receiving the returned products.
- In some cases, the refund may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
3. Returns Involving Gifts
- If you are returning a product that entitled you to receive a gift (e.g., for reaching a certain purchase value or buying a specific product), the gift must also be returned.
- Returned gifts must be unused and undamaged.
- If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
